I recently received this email looking for images of art happening in the national parks. Sabrina is looking for images of work created in the parks or situational images without people (for example your easel set up in the park), unless of course the person is part of the work, as in a performance piece. Below is her email, you can send images directly to her.
“I work at the non-profit Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy in San Francisco, we are partnering with NPS, working on producing a series of videos about art in and relating to national parks for the NPS Centennial that has the goal of connecting national parks with new audiences through art. The videos will be shown online and at national art conferences and other events highlighting the connection of art and NPS Centennial”.
“We would love to include in these videos imagery of art happening in parks in all its forms, photos of creative park works and places. If you are willing to participate, please send at your convenience photos that we may use and who to credit for the photography and the art work”.
“If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me”.
