    Very delayed reply – sorry! Yes, it was spring when I drove up through the Sand Hills to NE Nebraska, and winter when I arrived. I was only there five days and three of those blew (and snowed) so hard you could barely stand up, but I managed to hunker down behind the Visitor’s Center and in the back of my van to paint a few things. It’s part of the challenge and I enjoyed it!

    Lisa, I was Agate’s Artist in Residence this past August. I just loved this place. You endured some cold temperatures. Your Niobrara Valley painting is my favorite.
